If sleep is a sign of the body relaxing, or rather, coming down off the intensity and stress of life... well, then... I must be really stressed out.

I have been sleeping a lot.
Taking naps - which I never do.
Feeling sleeping mid-morning - and mid-afternoon.
And then sleeping a full night.

I must be onbe big stress bomb.
And to think, I am going back to that in 2 days.
